Titles out of phase
This is a great download - thanks to all! I was there, and this really takes me back.
But the 1st 7 titles in the 2nd set are out of phase, so that track 8 isn't Scarlet Begonias, it's just tuning. And track 9 isn't Fire On The Mountain, it's Scarlet Begonias. Etc...
So instead of this for the titles:
gd79-05-05d1t0108 - Scarlet Begonias ->
gd79-05-05d1t0109 - Fire On The Mountain
gd79-05-05d1t0110 - Samson And Delilah
gd79-05-05d1t0111 - He's Gone ->
gd79-05-05d1t0112 - Drums ->
gd79-05-05d1t0113 - Space ->
gd79-05-05d1t0114 - Jam ->
gd79-05-05d1t0115 - The Other One ->
gd79-05-05d1t0116 - Wharf Rat ->
gd79-05-05d1t0117 - Sugar Magnolia
I would change it to this:
gd79-05-05d1t0108 - Tuning ->
gd79-05-05d1t0109 - Scarlet Begonias ->
gd79-05-05d1t0110 - Fire On The Mountain
gd79-05-05d1t0111 - Samson And Delilah
gd79-05-05d1t0112 - He's Gone -> Jam ->
gd79-05-05d1t0113 - Space -> Drums ->
gd79-05-05d1t0114 - Space -> Jam ->
gd79-05-05d1t0115 - The Other One ->
gd79-05-05d1t0116 - Wharf Rat ->
gd79-05-05d1t0117 - Sugar Magnolia
or maybe something a little less descriptive, but with Scarlet, Fire, S&D, He's Gone, and Drums referring to tracks 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 respectively.

DISCO DANCIN
Very few played in the Brent era. This one along with 1979.10.26 and 11.9 are the other great ones. Excellent playing.
Great SBD mix, thanks for the pitch correction fishmanj. and charlie for the tapes!
sure the rest of the show is great.
WAY worth the download. Early Brent is the shit! So much tighter than with Keith and Donna less than three months earlier.

Magic.....dripping magic
Its been a while since I have listened to a show that has perked my interest so much. Some call it the x factor, rolling thunder, the magic.....whatever it is, this show has it.
Inspired playing throughout which stretches the limits of conventional songs to a point that I wondered if I had heard them before.
Jerry and Phil were dueling solos the whole night. At this point, post egypt, Jerry was turning up the speedy noodling which this show really captures some fine moments.
